The name is Nur Rasyida and rather be known as Nisa_Rk online as a way to differentiate where people had known me from. Other nicknames include Zenobia, 9166 and the most classic, Mongoose. However, I'd rather be known as Syida and this is what my family and most of my close friends calls me. That being said, some people get away by calling me Nur.
Obviously I'm female, born on 29 Shaaban 1402 in the Muslim Calendar, a cusp of a Gemini & a Cancer, only child and single. I am an enigma of both extremes in personality. Hot and cold, aloof, flighty, a thinker, quick-witted, analytical, a conversationalist, humourous, independent, easily amused, random and believes in the saying, 'Change is the only constant'.
I am a person who likes various things. I like to try anything at least once and I am...adventurous to the MAX. I past the time by doing stuff like reading, blogging, correspondence, photography, movies, surfing the internet, facebooking, shopping, travelling, cooking and some sports when I am not feeling too lazy.
Narrowing down to my most favourite things, Music is my passion and it speaks in volumes of how I feel all the time. As I started playing the Electone since age 4, Music has always been like my second heartbeat. My favourite genres, well, I don't really have a specific love but most of the time, I stick to Metal and Rock. Yes, I am a metal chick. ;)
Gaming is something I can't stop doing even at my age and I say fuck that to those who think games are only for kids. I play on my XBoX 360 and I also play World of Warcraft with my friends.
I was born on the year of the World Cup. Well specifically, I am born on the month and year of the World Cup as my zodiac suggests. No, I'm not talking about the year of the 1st World Cup. But one of the years. Naturally, I am soccer fan. My most beloved club is Manchester United Football Club. Second to that is Bayern Munich. For World Cup, I support the German National Team. Teams aside, my favourite soccer player will always be Eric Cantona.
Moving on, I've a fetish for German and Scottish men, loud colored things and I love to dye my hair red and put on black lipstick. And finally, to keep my sanity in check, I hang out with my gal pals.
